In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic showed many businesses the wonders of hybrid working, and Nugent In a world where ‘how we work’ is more important than ‘where we work’ 99 Edge Lane is defined not by its location but by its culture. We want to share our space with like-minded individuals who believe in the same values as us.

The Building
Recently decorated, Edge Lane offers a variety of bright and comfortable offices spanning 3 floors. We also have a number of bookable conference rooms and meeting spaces available. These feature large display screens for presentations, as well as webcams and conferencing speakers for video calling.
The ground floor of the building offers disabled access and disabled toilets. A loop system is also installed within the building. For those commuting by car, we have ample parking space with designated parking available on request. We also have dedicated visitor parking in front of the building.

Location
Located along a main road in and out of Liverpool, 99 Edge Lane boasts easy access to both Liverpool City Center and the M62, with both being only a 10 minute drive away. For those travelling via public transport, a number of buses stop within a 5 minute walk of the office, and Edge Hill Train station is less than a 15-minute walk away.
The local area offers several shops and cafes within a 15-minute walk of the office, ideal for those on-the-go lunches. Liverpool Shopping Park is also just a 5-minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and shops.
