Nugent Leadership Summit 2021

It was great to see our leaders come together to share ideas and good practices at our annual Leadership Summit, at the wonderful INNSIDE by Meliá, Liverpool.

We’ve been roused by a brilliant The Colour Works presentation, inspired by Dave Bolton and his unwavering positivity and motivated by Sharon Amesu and her reflections on radical candour!

Our CEO, Normandie Wragg, steered attendees to consider various aspects of our future, the tools we need to develop into our best selves, and our shared journey towards outstanding.

We also found time to give a special thanks to the incredible team (pictured) at Marydale Lodge Secure Children’s Home who have had an excellent Ofsted Inspection recently.
