For some, going to the gym was a safe space; a place to let off some steam or help boost your mood after a good workout!
The gym has many benefits for your mental health, however due to the recent closures, a lot of you may be feeling a little helpless.
Another way to boost your mood and feel good about yourself, is to help the most vulnerable in our local communities!
We want to ensure that those in our care have their own special safe space, and you can help by donating the cost of your unused Gym Memberships now.

There are lots of fun ways you can stay active and get your daily exercise during lockdown! Be creative and organise a sponsored walk/run/ or bike ride by yourself, with your household or virtually with friends and colleagues and help raise the vital funds needed for Nugent!
