Nugent Community Choices provides crucial care to those who have mental health difficulties within their own homes or a community setting. You will support our beneficiaries to be integrated within their community, maximise their independence, resilience and live a full, meaningful and purposeful life.
Community Support Workers – Lichfield Close
Lichfield Close is a 24 hour supported living property, home to three individuals. The support is provided 24/7 and is based in the persons own home, so you must be able to demonstrate dignity, privacy and respect.
Hours of work: Various hours available (up to 37 per week) including relief shifts
Salary: £17,189 pa pro-rata (£8.91 per hour)
Location: Netherton, Liverpool

Our principles set a foundation on which we base providing effective support and your role will be key to an individual’s life. All of our services offer individual packages but based on the individual we are supporting being the key decision-maker.
At Lichfield Close, our dedicated staff work on a rota basis to support three gentlemen with learning and physical difficulties. The successful candidates will protect their dignity when providing the care they require and ensure that they have life fulfilment.
Experience of working with People with a learning/physical disability and complex needs will be an advantage and you must be able to demonstrate compassion, dedication and flexibility at all times. Each beneficiary has a Community Pathway that is a clear structure in assisting staff when supporting a person.
Community Support Worker – Chester and surrounding areas
Hours: Part-time and Full-time hours available plus relief roles
Salary: £18,158 pa pro-rata (£9.41 per hour)
Locations: Cheshire West, Chester and Ellesmere Port and Neston area
The successful candidates will be dedicated to improving the lives of those who have mental health difficulties and achieve job satisfaction by delivering excellent care.
You will empower those we support by building on individuals strengths, interests and assets creating positive opportunities for social inclusion, work through barriers to wellbeing and support with the achievement of personalised aspirations.
The successful candidates will receive introductory training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy to enable you to deliver psychologically informed support and respond in helpful ways to people in distress who may have complex needs.
