Why Ainsdale Care in the Community?
We operate four shared occupancy homes, each offering a comfortable and supportive environment where people are encouraged to live as independently as possible.
Our homes are staffed by experienced professionals from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends. To ensure continuous support, Nugent’s reliable 24/7 on-call system is in place, providing round-the-clock assistance for emergencies and urgent needs.
Healthcare and wellbeing
Our highly experienced team specialises in supporting individuals within the community, focusing on the development of essential life skills such as self-management, resilience, and decision-making. We place a strong emphasis on healthcare and well-being, ensuring that each individual is equipped with the resources and support to live a healthy, independent life. The individuals we support are encouraged to actively participate in decisions regarding their care, empowering them to manage their own health and well-being.
