Everyone is welcome!
At Nugent Pantry, we believe in providing equal access to food for everyone in our community. You don’t need to show proof of low income or unemployment; our pantry is open for all, every week.
Your weekly subscription
For a weekly subscription of £3.50, you will have access to a bountiful shop of food, including fresh fruit, vegetables, and cupboard favourites. The value of the shop often totals £15-20 or more, making it a cost-effective way to meet your grocery needs.

Strengthening communities
Pantries go beyond providing food; they create a sense of community and togetherness. By bringing people together around food, we foster friendships, reduce the impact of poverty, and contribute to healthier, happier lives. Nugent Pantry operates as a membership food club and neighbourhood hub, acting as a springboard for other community initiatives and opportunities.
Hygiene Hub
Our Pantry does not only help with food poverty, we are committed to expanding our services to include personal hygiene products, such as sanitary towels. By addressing issues like Period Poverty, we contribute to the lives of young girls, enabling them to continue their education without missing school days due to a lack of sanitary products. According to a Plan International 2022 poll, 28% of UK girls aged 14-21 are struggling to afford period products, and 19% cannot afford them at all since the start of 2022.
Make a difference
We greatly appreciate food or hygiene product donations from businesses, schools, and the local community. Your generous contributions help us continue supporting individuals and families
in need.
You can drop off donations at our head office at 99 Edge Lane, L7 2PE, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
