Light up a Life 2026 – Leyland

During the festive season, many of us hold close the memory of loved ones who are no longer with us.

Join us on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at 6pm for our annual Light Up a Life service at St Mary’s Church, Leyland.

A meaningful tradition

Light Up a Life offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and remember loved ones, while supporting Nugent’s work in the local community. It is a time to gather with family, friends and neighbours and honour those who have touched our lives.

Your dedication on a star

For a suggested donation of £5, your dedication can be included in the liturgy and dedication book. You can also write your own personal dedication on a star for Nugent’s Remembrance Tree.

By making a donation to Light Up a Life, you are not only commemorating someone dear to you, but also helping Nugent provide comfort and care to people and families who need our support.

Join us

• When: Wednesday 25 November 2026, service starts at 6pm
• Where: St Mary’s Church, St Mary’s Presbytery, Broadfield Walk, Leyland, PR25 1PD
• After the service: Light efreshments and a craft fair in the community hall from 7pm–9pm

How to donate

We kindly suggest a donation of £5 per name. You can download and complete an order form, or make your dedication and donation online through our JustGiving page.
