We value our volunteers and want everyone to enjoy being part of Nugent. We have volunteers who have been involved with us for over 30 years, which is a testament to the dedicated commitment of our volunteers and the hard work they do for Nugent. All our volunteers receive an induction and safeguarding training with ongoing support from our volunteer coordinator.
Current opportunities
We have a multitude of volunteer placements and roles that are always available within Nugent.
There are many opportunities to support our adult care residents with activities, access to local amenities, daily operational assistance and friendship, alongside our fundraising placements within our charity shop, pantry or drop off points. Whether you’re looking to gain work experience, make new friends, or simply give back to your community, volunteering offers a unique chance to do so while developing valuable skills and memories.
