Ainsdale Care in the Community

Ainsdale Care in the Community (ACIC) offers supported living to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health difficulties through an individually centred care package.

Each of our four multiple occupancy homes is staffed between 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday and 8am-3pm, Saturday and Sunday. This is backed up by Nugent’s 24/7 on-call system.

The staff team have extensive experience in providing support for people living in the community and ensure that they are able to live enriched, independent lives embedded in their community with good support networks.

Staff include people in decision making and encourage people to be involved within the local community and support them to develop self-management skills, resiliency and independence, encouraging people to make their own choices and empower them to make their own decisions.
