Lime Grove Cottage

Lime Grove Cottage is a compassionate home designed to care for and nurture young people between the ages of 13 and 17. Our residents have mild to moderate learning difficulties, are neuro-diverse, and/or have mental health needs or physical disabilities that don’t require intimate care.

Our Home

Nestled within serene and expansive grounds, our newly refurbished 3-bed bungalow offers a beautiful setting for our yound people. Each spacious room features stunning double doors that open to the garden, which provides an ideal space for outdoor activities. The addition of a sensory room enriches the therapeutic experience.

At Lime Grove Cottage, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing and caring environment where young people can flourish. Our goal is to foster positive relationships between our residents and our staff members. We understand the importance of routine and structure in providing stability and positivity to our home.

Promoting Independence and Growth

Our staff members play a pivotal role in promoting the independence and personal growth of our residents. We strive to empower young people, equipping them with the skills they need for positive outcomes when transitioning out of our service. Our team conducts weekly meetings with residents, ensuring that everyone is engaged in planning activities for the week ahead. From trampolining to swimming, these activities are chosen collaboratively by the young people. Additionally, our staff and residents come together to plan and cook nutritious and balanced meals, further enhancing their independence skills.
