Assets and Facilities
The Assets and Facilities Department provides a professional support service advising on the asset and facilities management to all Nugent premises to enable front line services and other support services to provide safe, responsive and evidence based care.
The following Services are covered by Assets and Facilities;
- maintaining building services records (electrical, water, gas safety testing)
- technical and legal advice relating to property/land
- managing an in-house team of tradesman
- provide support during regulatory inspections
- project management
- contract administration
- building project design and specification
- control of asbestos
- condition surveys
- maintaining list of approved contractors
- maintain good levels communication with front line service managers
