Jo Henney
Jo is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and is accountable for leading and managing the critical functions of the organisation which deliver the charity’s business support services to ensure that we are meeting/exceeding the expectations of the people we support, staff and internal and external regulatory standards.
Jo develops and oversees the corporate compliance program and Governance Framework. The position ensures the functions of the management, employees and volunteers are in compliance with the requirements of regulatory organisations, which of Nugent’s policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organisation is in alignment with Nugent’s values and charitable Trust Deed.
A highly visible, committed and highly motivated senior leader with extensive experience in public and private business. Jo has led particularly high-profile services for Government to support delivery of important public policies in criminal justice and immigration sectors.
Jo has a reputation for achieving excellence through leadership, resourcefulness, efficient business process, and a focus on meeting customer requirements.
