Executive Leadership Team

The ELT are accountable for implementing decisions, and are responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of Nugent. The CEO mandates the description of their roles, responsibilities and required capabilities of their positions. Functionally, ELT work together as a team, with CEO oversight.

Jo is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and is accountable for leading and managing the critical functions of the organisation which deliver the charity’s business support services to ensure that we are meeting/exceeding the expectations of the people we support, staff and internal and external regulatory standards.
