ILM Award in Leadership and Management Skills
8 Nugent staff have recently completed their Level 5 ILM Award in Leadership and Management Skills.
The course focuses on interpersonal skills including communication and reflecting on practice to improve individual performance as a manager. It also aims to help individuals understand and apply different leadership styles to achieve shared goals.
The staff where awarded their certificates in a special ceremony at Nugent’s Central Office on Tuesday 22 November.
