Nugent's Trustees have a duty to use their skills, knowledge and experience to guide the Charity in pursuance of its objectives as contained in the Trust Deed and in accordance with its philosophy.  They are the Trustees of the financial, human and material resources of the Charity and ensure that the Charity works within legal and financial guidelines.
