At Nugent, we take pride in acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our colleagues across care homes, communities, education, and social work services. The iACCORD Awards are our way of celebrating individuals who consistently demonstrate our values:

In addition to recognising these values, we’ll be presenting Long Service Awards to honour Nugent Heroes who have reached significant milestones of 10, 20, 30, and 40 years of outstanding service.
The iACCORD Awards day 2022 was a fantastic occasion to reflect on the strengths of so many of our colleagues across Nugent. It was very heartwarming to have been nominated for the Integrity award, and to have received this accolade at this celebratory event was a real privilege.

Leading up to the event, Nugent colleagues have the opportunity to nominate their peers in the seven distinct values. These nominations serve as a heartfelt acknowledgement of the extraordinary commitment and embodying of our core values.
