Who We’re Looking For

• We’re seeking people who can bring their skills, values and heart to our team:
• Commitment to our iACCORD values: Integrity, Ambition, Courage, Compassion, Optimism, Respect & Dignity
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experience supporting vulnerable or traumatised young people
• Understanding of child development, attachment and trauma
• Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging or crisis situation
•  A resilient, caring, child-centred approach

Hours Available
• Full Time: 38 hours
• Part Time: 19.5 hours
Both Day and Night contracts are available
